Guidelines to Help Support Your Child’s Educational Journey

1. Academic Support

  • Ensure that your ward attends school regularly and completes all homework and assignments.
  • Encourage daily study habits and set aside quiet time for academic review.
  • Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings to stay updated on academic progress.
  • Help your child maintain their school diary and check for notices/homework daily.

2. Safety and Security

  • Ensure that your ward is dropped and picked up from school on time.
  • Teach your child to not talk to strangers or leave school premises without permission.
  • Keep emergency contact details updated with the school office.
  • Encourage personal hygiene and teach your child about good touch and bad touch.

3. Transportation

  • Ensure that your child uses the designated school bus stop and is present on time.
  • Instruct your ward to maintain discipline while boarding and traveling in the bus.
  • If you opt for private transport, verify the driver's credentials and vehicle condition.
  • School must be informed in writing for any change in pickup/drop details.

4. Communication

  • Regularly check the school website, notice board, and mobile messages for updates.
  • Communicate any concerns or suggestions through formal channels only.
  • Address academic or behavioral concerns directly with the class teacher or principal.
  • Refrain from sending your child to school when sick or unwell.

5. Discipline and Conduct

  • Ensure that your child wears the proper school uniform and maintains good grooming.
  • Guide your child to respect school rules, staff, and peers.
  • Discourage the use of mobile phones, expensive gadgets, or cash at school.
  • Help your child develop values like honesty, punctuality, and responsibility.
